October 2, 2008 at 9:41pm | Category: General | Comment?I see the term Plantar Fasciitis, and the first thing I think of is a Plantar’s wart I had when I was little. Apparently they’re rather contagious and quick to spread, so my mom thinks I got mine from when I borrowed the canvas shoes of a friend’s mother to walk home in (I had somehow lost my shoes that day lol). I remember getting it removed… the shot in my foot, the scalpel, the smell of the medication/topical ointment, and then the bandaging and having to limp out afterward. I REALLY limped, because my other foot was sprained (I fell off of a small ledge that ran alongside our front yard. It’s not easy managing two bandaged, wounded feet!
