The bad thing about blogging is that if you spend a large amount of time doing it, especially in one sitting, you can get hungry, and find yourself craving all sorts of things that really aren’t that good for you. Rather than counteracting the damage with diet pills, it’s better to be proactive, and stop those munchies in their tracks. In other words, DON’T eat and blog. Besides the added calories, think about what a pain it can be to fish out crumbs from underneath your laptop keys!
