Our Christmas was very nice this year, thanks to the blogging and other work I was able to do. Blogging paid for the holidays directly because I won a $500 K-Mart gift card, thanks to me blogging and checking out other blog entries. I was VERY excited to win that card, and on pins and needles (or the old fashioned saying, hooks and tenterhooks) waiting for it to get here! The only sucky part was that K-Mart didn’t carry the good stuff I was checking out (Victoria’s Secret Dream Angels, Bruder toys, Calico Critters), but I still found plenty of things to buy with the gift card.
I am glad the holidays are over, though. Christmas was exhausting, physically and especially mentally. Now I can get back to the normal routine of things, and use regular funds to buy some Playmobil toys.
