You haven’t heard from me in a few days because I haven’t been home. My wonderful, awesome, fantabulous husband surprised me with a weekend vacation to Pittsburgh. I definitely wasn’t expecting it, and we’ve spent a little more money than I would have liked to, but it has been SO worth it. We’ve definitely needed it.
Right now we’re a few blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh. We walked around for a bit, enjoying the fresh air and the snow, the lovely buildings and numerous wall fountains, and just enjoyed each other’s company.
We’re going home tomorrow evening, so expect me to get back on track with blogging then!
