For some reason, they have not opened up the site for advertisers, so we're all sitting around waiting. LOL I'm hoping they open up for advertisers soon so we can all try it out. I think it should be up to the blogger/tweeter whether or not they do them. And if people don't like them, they don't have to read those tweets/posts.
