Working from home isn’t always all it’s cracked up to be. I guess I’m just not one of those people who’s able to focus when there’s a lot going on and Lord knows there’s always a lot going on inside my house. My kids are still too young to be in school and I spend more time chasing them around the house than I do answering e-mails with my clear wireless internet which hasn’t exactly been great for my productivity. The good thing is I don’t actually have a boss… I work for myself so if someone is going to suffer from the fact that I’m not working hard enough it’s going to be me and not some big company. I think if I was able to have a room that was all my own, a home office of sorts, things would be a lot calmer and I would be able to get more work done any given day. I guess I’m going to have to figure out something soon or else!
